The Cooperative Nonproliferation Program at the Stimson Center hosted its release of Manufacturing Possibility: Leveraging Resources to Meet Global Challenges, Promote Economic Development, and Prevent Proliferation. We were joined by Stanley Roth, Vice President of Asia for the Boeing Company, David Trudil, Executive Vice President of New Horizons Diagnostic Corporation, Randi Levinas, Vice President of Policy and Programs at the US-Russia Business Council, and Anne Phillips from the Global Security Engagement and Cooperation Office at the Department of Energy.
