Riya Sinha

Riya Sinha is a Research Associate at the Centre for Social and Economic Progress, New Delhi (CSEP; previously known as Brookings India). At CSEP, Riya manages a program on regional connectivity and trade in South Asia. Previously, Riya worked as a Research Associate at the Bureau of Research on Industry and Economic Fundamentals (BRIEF) and worked on implementing confidence building measures in Jammu and Kashmir. Riya received her master’s degree from Pondicherry University and her bachelor’s degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. While at Stimson, Riya will analyze the development of border management infrastructure between India and Nepal as a means to improve regional connectivity.
